Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Worn or damaged shoes not due to our error

How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damages & Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
